Frequently Asked Questions

We typically book 2-2.5 months out although this can vary. Sometimes we have openings in our schedule, or postponements and can move clients forward. It is important to get on our schedule sooner than you think because the design process can take longer than anticipated. 

Design creation is probably the longest part. It takes us 2-3 weeks to provide initial round of designs, and depending on the amount of revisions you’d like to make it can take a longer to finalize a design. Installation of the mural itself can usually be 1 day to 1 week depending on the size and complexity.

We use exterior acrylic latex paint; typically Sherwin Williams paint or Montana Colors. These are the same paints you’d use on your home and with proper care can last 10-15 years. We also offer extra sealant for an additional cost. 

Wall preparation is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise discussed. This includes but is not limited to vine/shrub removal, priming, furniture removal, removal of chipping paint, hole patching, and cleaning. Proper wall prep and a clean surface is important for paint adhesion. We offer preparation services such as priming and sealing at an additional expense.

No, we do not provide designs prior to a commitment to working together which includes a signed contract and deposit.
